This Privacy Policy applies exclusively to the processing of personal data resulting from the use of our mobile application and not to the collection and processing of data carried out through other channels.

The primary function of the App is to allow your smartphone to connect to the intercom via Bluetooth, enabling you to control various features and manage settings. Cellularline SpA never collects your personal information regarding the use of the App. Its functionality relies solely on the storage and use of data within your smartphone's memory.

Warnings

BLUETOOTH DEVICE DISCOVERY: Some of your personal data may be visible to third parties through the display of the name assigned to the product during the search for other Bluetooth devices nearby.

“PHONE” FUNCTION: The App may connect to your SIM card to allow access to saved contacts (subject to authorization in your smartphone settings) or for manual entry of contact numbers. Calls made through the App will be saved in a log stored solely on your device. Uninstalling the App will permanently delete this log.

WEB LINKS: The App includes links to certain web services, external to the App (e.g., submitting support requests to the Help Center, consulting legal documents), which may involve separate processing of personal data. Users are advised to review the respective privacy policies provided by these websites for more detailed information.

VOICE COMMANDS: Finally, please note that the use of the voice commands provided by the App is based on a pre-set library. It does NOT involve the processing of personal data and, in particular, does NOT fall under the category of AI-based voice assistants.
