The installation of the GPSAngel App on your mobile device is necessary for the correct and complete use of the services associated with the GPSANGEL10, GPSANGEL10LT, and GPSANGEL20 products mounted on your vehicle. The use of this App entails the collection and processing of personal data by Cellularline SpA.
Pursuant to Article 13 of EU Regulation 2016/679, we hereby inform you as follows:
This Privacy Policy applies solely to the processing of personal data arising from the use of our mobile application and not to the collection and processing of data carried out through other channels.
Data Controller
The "GPS Angel" app is distributed by Cellularline SpA, with its registered office in Reggio Emilia, via G. Lambrakis 1/A, VAT number 09800730963, and registered in the Reggio Emilia Companies Register under No. RE315329. Cellularline owns the "Cellularline" and "Interphone" trademarks and acts as the Data Controller for the personal data of the app users.

Purposes of Processing and Legal Basis
We collect and process your personal data solely for the following purposes:To enable the proper provision of services associated with the use of the GPSANGEL10, GPSANGEL10LT, and GPSANGEL20 products installed on your vehicle (Legal Basis: Purchase Contract);
To manage issues reported by customers through the technical support office (Legal Basis: Purchase Contract), which, when requested by the customer, may send remote commands useful for device configuration.
The personal data processed include: Account credentials (with no access to passwords by the Controller, which are stored in encrypted form only); Vehicle information and usage data such as vehicle type, model, real-time location (GPS), speed, technical information, and the status of the vehicle/product (e.g., on/off, stationary/moving, battery level); Email address used for service activation, service status, and its expiration; Identification data (e.g., personal details), which the user can optionally enter and do not affect app functionality; Contact data (phone numbers), if added by the user, used solely for sending alarm messages.
No special categories of personal data (under Article 9 of EU Regulation 2016/679) or judicial data (under Article 10 of EU Regulation 2016/679) are processed.
Data Processing Methods
The collected personal data is processed using electronic systems and may be subject to automated operations. In no case will the data be subject to profiling, including for marketing or advertising purposes.
Data Recipients
Personal data will not be shared with undefined entities under any circumstances. Data may be made accessible to authorized technical support service operators. It will also be processed by external entities such as technical suppliers, whose intervention is necessary for the correct provision of the service.
Specifically, note that data will be processed by the App developer and the provider of the IT infrastructure supporting its operation (Shenzhen Concox Information & Technology Co., Ltd., located in China, Shenzhen International Innovation Valley, Dashi 1st Road, Nanshan District, Shenzhen, Guangdong, China).
Data Transfers
The use of the GPS Angel App involves the sharing of data with entities located outside the European Economic Area: Concox (see section 4 – Data Recipients), based in China. The transfer complies with the provisions of Chapter V of EU Regulation 2016/679, through agreements with the provider based on Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission, along with the implementation of appropriate security measures during processing.
Data Retention Period
Data collected through the use of the App is retained as long as the service remains active. In compliance with the principle of storage limitation, certain specific information related to the use of the product/service (in particular, routes traveled, alarm logs, and notifications) is automatically deleted after one month.
Rights of Data Subjects
As data subjects, customers have the right to request from the Data Controller access to their personal data, as well as its rectification or deletion, or to restrict its processing or object to its processing. Additionally, they have the right to data portability. Customers also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. To exercise their rights, data subjects may contact the Data Controller using the contact details provided in this notice.
